Service Description

Surf Lessons at El Faro Beach Students will be taught water safety techniques and ocean environmental education training with our dedicated, licensed, and knowledgeable staff. We provide a range of surf lessons. ​ All surf lessons are ninety minutes. Equipment is all-inclusive with the cost of each lesson – surfboard, leash, and rash guard. The lesson starts with a land session. The surfing instructor goes over water safety, board management, what to do, what not to do, and your stance on the board. Following the land session you will enter the water with your surfing instructor to practice the fundamental skills, he/she will help each student catch waves and provide corrective assistance. ​ Surf Lesson Options Private surf lessons, semi-private surf lessons, or group surf lessons A private surf lesson includes one-on-one instruction, meaning an instructor is focused solely on you. If your goal is learning to surf and developing a passion for the sport, this is the best option for you. ​ A semi-private surf lesson means one instructor for two to three individuals. This is an excellent option if you want to learn how to stand up, ride some waves, and have some fun with a friend or two! ​ A group surf lesson is one instructor for a group of four to five people. You would be with a small group, which creates an inclusive and fun experience! Note: One instructor for up to 5 participants.
